This Privacy Policy explains how Daniel Lindh AB ("we", "us") handles data in connection with a self-hosted social media scheduling application (the "App") that we operate for our own use. The App publishes content on a schedule to social media accounts that we own and control.
Who we are

Scope
The App connects to the following platforms to publish content we have authored:
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
- TikTok
The App is operated by us, for our own accounts on these platforms. It is not offered as a public service and does not onboard third-party users.
What data we process
- Access tokens. When we connect an account, the relevant platform issues an access token (and where applicable a refresh token) that authorises the App to publish on our behalf. These tokens are stored encrypted at rest.
- Account identifiers. Basic identifiers returned by each platform, such as a page or profile ID, used to direct posts to the correct account.
- Content we schedule. The text, images, and video we author and queue for publication, together with scheduled times.
Within the App itself we do not collect personal data about other people, and the App contains no advertising or analytics tracking. Analytics on our website are described separately below.
Why we process it
The sole purpose is first-party scheduling and publication of our own content to our own accounts. Tokens exist only to authenticate those publishing actions. The legal basis under GDPR is our legitimate interest in operating our own marketing channels (Article 6(1)(f)).
How data is stored
Data is stored in a database on infrastructure we control, located within the EU. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to the system is restricted to us. If we ever move hosting, we will keep storage within the EU or apply appropriate safeguards and update this policy.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party. Data is transmitted only to the platform it belongs to (LinkedIn, Meta, or TikTok) for the purpose of publishing content, in accordance with each platform's API terms.
Retention and deletion
Tokens are retained only while an account connection is active. When we disconnect an account, or revoke access from within the platform's own settings, the associated tokens are deleted from our database. Scheduled content is retained until published or deleted by us. You can request deletion of any stored data at any time by contacting lindh@daniellindh.com.
Our website (daniellindh.com)This policy is published on our website, which is separate from the App. The website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and move through the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf, including pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and the source that referred you. Google acts as our processor for this purpose, and data may be transferred outside the EU under the safeguards Google maintains, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis for analytics is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Where consent is required, these cookies are set only after you give it, and you can withdraw consent or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. We use this data only in aggregate to improve the site. We do not use it to identify individual visitors and we do not sell or share it.
Your rights under GDPR
As a Swedish company we comply with the GDPR. Where personal data is involved, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection apply. Requests can be sent to lindh@daniellindh.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

We may update this policy as the App evolves. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
